vx99 Terms & Conditions

1.1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and vx99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the vx99 platform at vx99.vin, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these T&C in their entirety, along with any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

1.2Modifications to Terms

vx99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these T&C at any time without prior individual notification to players. The most current version of the T&C is always accessible on this page. The date of the last update is displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the vx99 platform after any amendments have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised T&C. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

1.3Language of Agreement

These T&C are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between an English version of these T&C and any translation, the English version shall prevail in all respects. The English language version of these T&C is the definitive and binding version.

2.1Registration Requirements

To register a vx99 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded from vx99 or had an account closed by vx99 for breach of these T&C.

2.2One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) vx99 account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, payment method, IP address, or device — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in those accounts. If you discover that you have accidentally created a duplicate account, you must notify vx99 support at [email protected] immediately so the duplicate can be closed without penalty.

2.3Identity Verification (KYC)

vx99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed where the cumulative withdrawal total exceeds the threshold set by vx99 from time to time. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal rights until documentation is provided and verified.

3.1Deposit Methods & Limits

vx99 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name:

• Mobile wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — minimum deposit ৳200 per transaction.
• Bank transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — processing times may vary up to 24 hours.
• Card payments: Visa and Mastercard where supported by your issuing bank for online transactions.

3.2Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. vx99 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals above the applicable threshold are processed. Supporting documents must be submitted via the account settings page.
• vx99 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to 3 business days while conducting fraud prevention and AML (anti-money laundering) checks.

3.3Currency & Conversion

All accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). vx99 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any attempt to deposit from a foreign-currency account may result in the transaction being declined or converted at a rate determined by your payment provider, for which vx99 accepts no responsibility.

4.1Eligibility for Bonuses

Bonuses and promotional offers made available on the vx99 platform are subject to individual bonus terms which are published alongside each offer. In the absence of specific bonus terms, these general T&C provisions shall apply. vx99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including where vx99 suspects the offer is being abused.

4.2Wagering Requirements

Unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise, the following standard wagering requirements apply to all bonuses credited to a vx99 account:

• The full bonus amount must be wagered a minimum of 20 times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the account, after which the bonus and any associated winnings will expire and be removed.
• Only wagers placed on slots, crash games, and live casino table games count towards the wagering requirement rollover unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds and subject to the same wagering requirements unless otherwise specified.

4.3Bonus Abuse Policy

vx99 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software or bots to meet wagering requirements, exploiting errors or malfunctions in the platform to generate bonus credit, or colluding with other players to systematically generate bonus profit. Where bonus abuse is detected, vx99 reserves the right to void all bonus balances and associated winnings, and to close the account permanently.

5.121+ Age Requirement

vx99 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all players. This requirement applies at registration, at the point of any deposit, and at the point of any withdrawal. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 at any time will have their accounts closed immediately and all funds handled in accordance with applicable underage gambling policy. vx99 uses both automated screening and manual review to detect potential underage accounts.

5.2Responsible Gaming Tools

vx99 provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings at all times. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively to maintain healthy gaming habits:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit thresholds on your account.
• Session time reminders: receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off period: temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion: permanently exclude yourself from the vx99 platform by contacting support at [email protected].

6.1Actions That Are Strictly Forbidden

The following actions constitute serious breaches of these T&C and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in place of a human player.
• Colluding with other players, including sharing account credentials or coordinating bets to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or misconfigurations in the platform to generate credits, free plays, or winnings that were not legitimately earned.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using the vx99 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with vx99.

6.2Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Where vx99 determines that a player has engaged in prohibited conduct, vx99 may, at its sole discretion: (a) immediately suspend or permanently close the player's account; (b) void all bets placed during the period of prohibited conduct; (c) forfeit the entire account balance, including both deposited funds and winnings, where the balance is found to have been generated through prohibited conduct; (d) report the conduct to relevant law enforcement or financial regulatory authorities; and (e) pursue civil or criminal legal remedies where applicable law permits.

7.1Ownership of Platform Content

All content on the vx99 platform, including but not limited to the brand name "vx99", the domain vx99.vin, the website design, user interface, graphics, text, code, game integrations, and promotional materials, are either owned by vx99 or licensed to vx99 by third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these T&C. No content from the vx99 platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, scraped, or used commercially without prior written permission from vx99.

7.2Permitted Use of the Platform

You may access and use vx99 only for your own personal, non-commercial recreational gaming and betting purposes. You must not: frame, mirror, or scrape any portion of the vx99 website; use the vx99 brand name or logo in any third-party context without written authorisation; reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any vx99 software or game integration; or sub-license, resell, or commercially exploit access to any part of the vx99 platform. Breach of these permitted-use provisions will be treated as a material breach of these T&C and grounds for immediate account termination and potential legal action.

8.1Platform Availability

vx99 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party provider outages, or events outside vx99's reasonable control. vx99 is not liable for any losses, missed bets, or missed bonus windows arising directly or indirectly from platform downtime, regardless of cause.

8.2Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or data transmission failure that results in an incorrect game outcome being displayed, the correct outcome as recorded on the relevant game provider's server shall be the binding outcome. vx99 is not liable for losses arising from a player's reliance on an incorrectly displayed outcome. Where a malfunction voids a game round, all stakes placed in that round will be refunded to the player's account balance.

8.3Maximum Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vx99's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform — whether arising from contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their vx99 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim. vx99 expressly excludes liability for indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental losses of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

9.1Amendments to These T&C

vx99 reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on this page. Where an amendment materially affects a player's existing rights, vx99 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the player's registered email address or via a notice displayed upon next login. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended T&C.

9.2Account Termination

You may close your vx99 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds, which are forfeited upon voluntary closure) will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. vx99 may also terminate your account at any time where you have breached these T&C, where continued operation of your account poses a legal or compliance risk to vx99, or where vx99 ceases to offer services in your jurisdiction.
